Call Wrap Up Notes

Objective

Enter call wrap up notes in Fuze Connect.

Procedure

You may be asked to provide additional call notes or wrap-up codes for your calls. If either call notes or wrap-up codes are enabled, you will see this window after each call.

If wrap-up codes are enabled, you must select a wrap-up code from the dropdown list. This code will be attached to your most recent call.

If call notes are enabled for your account, you must enter notes for your most recent call in the Call Notes text box provided.

Click Save to save the data and attach the notes and/or code to the call.
