Access additional call options while on a call in Fuze for Salesforce.

Procedure

To access additional options while on a call in Fuze for Salesforce, follow the steps below:

  • Click the caller’s name to view additional information about the caller, such as recent call activity.

  • Click the More Actions button to edit the contact's identity, view the task or view the lead within Salesforce.
