Editing and Deleting Messages in Fuze Chat
Objective
Edit or delete chat messages in Fuze Desktop, Web, or Mobile.

Procedure
After you send a message, you can edit or delete the message from the conversation history.
Editing a Message
- Open the chat conversation containing the message you want to edit.
- Point to the message to display a hidden menu.
- Click the Edit this message icon.
- Update your message.
- Click Confirm to apply your changes, or click Cancel to discard the changes.
Deleting a Message
- Open the chat conversation containing the message you want to delete.
- Point to the message to display a hidden menu.
- Click the Delete this message icon.
- A notification message will appear requesting that you confirm your action.
- Click Delete. Your message will be deleted from the chat conversation.
Deleted messages cannot be recovered. We currently do not offer the ability to delete a complete chat history. Multiple messages that make up a chat conversation would have to be deleted one at a time.
