Call Me Disabled for Certain Countries

Question

Why can't I call in to a Fuze Meeting using the Call Me option from certain country codes?

Applies To

  • Fuze Meetings
  • Call Me
  • International Numbers

Answer

As of August 25, 2021, Fuze has disabled the ability to use the Call Me feature for the following country codes:

  • 212 - Morocco
  • 216 - Tunisia
  • 226 - Burkina Faso
  • 235 - Chad
  • 242 - Congo

Users attempting to use the Call Me feature for these affected country codes should either use the dial-in feature, or their computer's audio to join a meeting. Refer to Recommended Methods for Joining Fuze Meeting Audio for additional options to join a meeting.

Fuze will display a notification message when the Call Me feature fails to connect or is blocked.

When initially trying to connect via Call Me, the following notification is displayed.
