When using Fuze apps, you receive the following error: Antivirus software on this computer may interrupt calls or meetings.
One or more of the following issues may occur under these circumstances:
- Missed calls
- No audio when on calls
- Dropped calls
- No audio or video when in meetings
- Fuze Desktop
- Antivirus Software
Fuze recommends contacting your IT department for assistance if you experience these issues or the related error message.

If you experience missed calls or other call issues while using Fuze, your antivirus software may be interfering with Fuze apps on your device.
