When using Fuze apps with Realtek built-in audio, one or more of the following issues occurs:
- You may not be able to hear audio on calls, or other people on calls may not be able to hear you.
- You may not be able to hear other people during Meetings, or other people may not be able to hear you.
You receive the following error: You may need to reinstall or update the driver for your audio device.

Fuze recommends that you contact your IT department to assist you in reinstalling or updating your audio drivers.
To ensure your audio settings are configured properly, you can test your Fuze setup. For additional information, refer to Fuze Checkup.
You may encounter this issue when setting up Fuze for the first time or when you receive a call or join a meeting in Fuze and you cannot hear audio.
If Fuze is configured to use your computer's built-in audio and microphone, Fuze can detect when audio is not being received from your computer's Realtek audio driver.
