Blocked UDP


While using Fuze apps, you receive the following error: Your UDP may be blocked by the meetings server, which may contribute to audio or video quality issues. 

One or more of the following issues may occur under these circumstances:

  • Choppy or low quality audio or video
  • Buffering
  • Long audio delays

Fuze recommends contacting your IT department for assistance if you experience these issues along with the related error message.


If you are on a call or meeting in Fuze and you experience poor quality audio, video, or other problems this may be the result of a blocked User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port on the meetings server.
