Can I migrate the data associated with the phone numbers, such as messages, CDR, etc., from one 8x8 account to another?

Answer

By default, messages such as SMS and IM, voicemails, and user profile data are not migrated when phone numbers are migrated from one account/PBX to another. Hence, only the phone numbers would be transferred/migrated from one phone system to the other.
