Symptom

We have received reports from customers who are unable to make outbound calls to various European destinations such as Norway, France, Lithuania, Germany, and others.

Resolution

What steps are we taking to assist our customers? Customers who are affected should continue to contact our support team, which will collaborate with our back-office team to resolve the issue.

What can we do to fix the problem so that our customers can continue to call without interruption? Our product team are collaborating with our partners closely to find a lasting resolution.

Cause

This is primarily due to local regulations that require carriers to block calls, resulting in the display of a calling line identification (CLI) number that does not originate from the called destination.
