Can I reschedule my callback from 8x8 Support or change the callback number?

Callbacks from 8x8 Support set up through the 8x8 Virtual Assistant will be fulfilled within 2 hours of the time you submit the request via Otto, in the order requests are received. We are generally unable to schedule (or reschedule) a specific callback time through Otto.

However, if your callback number needs to be changed, chat through Otto once more and connect to a live agent. Provide the chat agent your original case number and your new contact information.
