Can I reschedule my callback from 8x8 Support or change the callback number?

Answer

Callbacks will be made within the following timeframes of the time you submit the request via Otto

  • 8x8 Support callback requests will be fulfilled within 1 hour 
  • 8x8 Billing callback requests will be fulfilled within 1 business day 
  • 8x8 Number Porting callback requests will be fulfilled within 1 business day 

All callback requests will be returned in the order the requests are received

We are unable to reschedule a specific callback time or change the callback number provided through Otto.

However, if your callback number needs to be changed or there is a specific time frame that would be best to reach you, you can add notes to the case.
