How do I change my VCC Chat notification preferences?

Objective

Changing Virtual Contact Centre (VCC) Chat notification preferences including message sound and browser notifications.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Centre (VCC).

Procedure

Log into VCC AGUI:

  1. Click on the Menu button clipboard_eab8105ed4cf9b71bf3328f3825fad87b.png in the top left-hand corner.
  2. Select Profile.

  3. Navigate to Personalization.
  4. You will notice Chat Message Sound.
  5. Click on the drop down box which will show you the chat message sounds available.

  6. Directly under this, there is an option to enable/disable chat message browser notifications.

  7. Once preferences have been selected, press Save.
