How to display caller ID name of our saved contacts if the call comes through a ring group/ call queue/ auto attendant into VOD

Answer

Ring group/ Call queues/ Auto Attendants calls do not do a contact directory lookup, the caller ID name in the Ring Group settings refers to the caller ID sent/set by the calling party, this is a US service and the UK telephone service (not just 8x8) does not have such a feature.

Additional Information

The only way you will see a caller ID name on a UK call to a ring group/ call queue/ auto attendant  is if it is on-net call.
