Call center call quality analysis is done through a Quality Assurance template. In 8x8 Quality Management, supervisors or evaluators are able to create their own Quality Assurance templates through the QA Template Editor. When creating a new Quality Assurance template using the 8x8 Quality Management QA Template Editor, users need to be aware of the built-in character length limitations for Sections, Questions, Report Short Names, Coaching Hints, and Comments.
When creating a template, please be aware of the following character length limitations:
- Section and Question - max 255 characters
- Report Short Name - max 60 characters
- Coaching Hints - max 1024 characters
- Overall/Questions or Comments - max 4000 characters
