Turn On Call Recording For Outbound Calls

Objective

How to turn on Virtual Contact Center call recording for Outbound calls.

Procedure

Set each user's Automatic Calls Recordings to 100% for Outbound Calls.

  1. Log into Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Users, the User List is displayed.
  3. Double click the user's name, Edit User is displayed.
  4. Select the Phone tab.
  5. Look for the section Automatic Call Recordings.
  6. Enter 100% in the box for Outbound Calls.
  7. Click Save.
