VCC agent is getting fast busy when attempting to call an internal VO user from the VCC AGUI Console.

Log into VCC Configuration Manager:
- Select Home Menu.
- Click on Dial Plans Tab.
- Select dial plan: System Dial Plan US North American Number Plan (US NANP) with VOVCC
- Save changes.
The current VCC Dial Plan is not set to handle calling internal extension numbers.
