Configuration Manager now allows you to hide your call queues and ring groups from the contact directory in Virtual Office Desktop.
- Login to Virtual Office Configuration Manager
- Under Work Groups, click Call Queues
- Click the three dots and then click Edit.
- In the Basic information section, click the Slider near Display Call Queue in company directory.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
The selected call queue will no longer appear in the Virtual Office contact directory:
