How do I hide my Call Queue from the Contact Directory in Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

Objective

Configuration Manager now allows you to hide your call queues and ring groups from the contact directory in Virtual Office Desktop.
 

Procedure

  1. Login to Virtual Office Configuration Manager
  2. Under Work Groups, click Call Queues 
  3. Click the three dots and then click Edit.

  4. In the Basic information section, click the Slider near Display Call Queue in company directory.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Result

The selected call queue will no longer appear in the Virtual Office contact directory:
