How to extend the ring time for a ring group

Objective

How to extend the ring time of a ring group.

Applies To

Configuration Manager (CM), Virtual Office Desktop (VOD), Virtual Office Mobile (VOM)

Procedure

  1. Log into your Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Ring Groups from the Home page.

  3. Click Edit next to the desired ring group.

  4. Under Call Forwarding Rules click the pencil icon next to When no one in ring group answers.
    • Here you can input the amount of time you want the ring group to ring for before it is forwarded.

  5. Click Save when all changes have been made.
