Changing the date format which is displayed when running reports from 8x8 Contact Center Historical Reports.
- 8x8 Contact Center
- 8x8 Agent Console
- Date Format
- Log into 8x8 Contact Center Agent Console.
- Click on the Menu button in the top left-hand corner.
- Click Profile.
- Under Personalization, you should see the Date Format option.
- Click on the drop down box which will show you all date formats available.
- Once the date format has been selected, press Save.
