To be able to record calls selectively.
- Configuration Manager
- Virtual Office Desktop
- Login to Configuration Manager
- Go to the specific user you want to enable Selective Recording on and scroll down to Call Recording Settings.
- Select Allow user to record calls selectively and click Save.
3. Once enabled, user should be able to start and stop recording in Virtual Office Desktop.
Selective recording in Configuration Manager is the same as record on demand for legacy accounts.
