How do I record calls selectively in Configuration Manager?

Objective

To be able to record calls selectively.

Applies To

  • Configuration Manager
  • Virtual Office Desktop

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click on the Pencil next to the user whose settings you want to edit.
  4. Go to Call Recording Settings.
  5. Select Allow user to record calls selectively and click Save.

3. Once enabled, user should be able to start and stop recording in Virtual Office Desktop.

Additional Information

Selective recording in Configuration Manager is the same as record on demand for legacy accounts.
