How do I enable extensions for Virtual Office Analytics in Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

To enable extensions to use Virtual Office Analytics in Configuration Manager.

Account admins must enable Virtual Office Analytics services for individual users. Once Virtual Office Analytics permissions are enabled, the user will be able to access the Dashboard from the icon on their Application Panel

Following initial purchase and setup, it takes about 48 hours for initial data to populate and become visible, and some reports will not be available immediately.

  • Virtual Office Editions licenses with Virtual Office Analytics Supervisor: X6, X8, X8e


  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the user you wish to enable.
  4. Select Services and permissions.
  5. Under Assign one or more services to user, assign the desired Virtual Office Edition license. Ensure that the user has the correct services for the type of Virtual Office Analytics access you want them to have.
  6. Click OK to confirm these changes.
  7. Scroll down to the Virtual Office Analytics section and select the appropriate Virtual Office Analytics access for the user.
    • Any user can be given access to Analytics Essentials. If you do not wish the user to have VO Analytics access, select None, do not allow access to Virtual Office Analytics.
    • If the user is assigned to X6, X8, or X8e services, you can select either Supervisor Analytics or Analytics Essentials.
  8. Click Save.

Additional Information

There are two Virtual Office Analytics packages, Analytics Essentials and Virtual Office Analytics SupervisorVirtual Office Analytics Supervisor provides advanced reporting options. Individual users and administrators will need to be enabled for the appropriate Virtual Office Analytics access.
