Symptom

Voicemail Transcripts are not present in emails for Ring Groups or Call Queues.

Resolution

8x8 has launched a bug fix to production resolving this issue as of November 27, 2023. Ring Group Voicemail Transcription should now be working as designed inside of emails. We apologize for the interruption this has caused.

Cause

This identified bug was found after a recent update to voicemail email backend changes.
