When clicking on Reset access PIN option there is no response in the Voicemail settings page.

In order to reset a users voicemail password, you must be an administrator. Otherwise, there will be no response when clicking on the Reset password option.
Only administrators have the ability to reset voicemail passwords.
The administrator may have disabled the ability to modify voicemail settings within profile policies. More information on how to configure user profile policies is available here.
If you are the administrator and still receive no response when clicking reset password you may want to check your browsers cache and cookie settings. If you are still unable to reset password please contact support.
