You are unable to view colleagues' presence in Virtual Office Desktop.

- Configure Manager
Adjust the Contact Directory Scope in Configuration Manager settings.
- Log in to Configuration Manager.
- Go to the profile of the user you wish to adjust.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the user.
- Scroll to Basic Information.
- Within basic information find the contact directory scope which will be set to PBX.
- Drop down the list and change to Company.
- Click Save, and log out and login back into the virtual office.
