How to enable or disable call routing via Away from Desk feature on 8x8 Frontdesk?

Procedure

Away From Desk Feature.png

  1. Go to 8x8 Frontdesk.
  2. Go to Calls/Directory section of 8x8 Frontdesk which is displayed in the attached picture.
  3. Turn on the 8x8 Frontdesk Away from Desk Button present on the bottom left hand side.
  4. Choose the forward destination for routing the calls.
