CRM is Greyed Out in Agent Workspace

Symptom

CRM is grayed out on AGUI.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Agent Workspace

Resolution

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. From the menu, select Integration.
  3. Select the Screen Pop tab.
  4. Under Target Attributes > Target Type, select Local.
  5. Select Save.
