Randomize IVR Script Objects


What are Randomize IVR Script Objects expected to achieve?

An interaction reaching the randomize script object will have the configured % chance of routing to Path A, else Path B, therefore, it can not be concluded that exactly the configured % will follow Path A.

For example, If it is set to 50% the interaction has a 50% chance of routing to Path A, and 50% to Path B.
