How to transfer a call to another queue in Agent Workspace


How to transfer an answered call to another queue utilizing Agent Workspace

Applies To

  • VCC Agent Workspace


  1. With the call in progress select the transfer button.
  2. Select the Queues tab 1.
    Then start typing the name of the queue you wish to transfer to in the search window 2. 
    Click on the queue to select it 3.
    Finally click the Transfer button to transfer the call 4.
