If I have all permissions activated, why can't I see certain users or records in Quality Management?
Your user profile must have authorization for the group a user belongs to in order to see their records. Learn how to change your authorized groups here.
In Quality Management, your user profile must have authorization for the group a user belongs to in order to see that user or their records.
To change your authorized groups
- Go to the Settings page in the Roles section.
- Expand the Authorized Groups drop-down.
- Select the groups you want to be able to evaluate.
- Click OK.
