Objective

Search for people or groups on the Fuze Mobile app.

Procedure

In Fuze Mobile, you can search for people, groups, and contacts via the Search screen.

To search for people or groups:

1. Make sure you are viewing the Recent conversations screen.
2. Tap in the Search field at the top of the main Fuze Mobile screen. The Search screen appears.
3. Tap All, Groups, or Departments to apply filters to your search.
4. In the Search field, enter the name of the person or group you want to find.
5. Tap in the search results to navigate to your chat conversation with the person or group.
