Launch Meetings in Fuze Rooms Directly from your Mobile Device

Objective

Launch a meeting in Fuze Rooms from your mobile device.

Procedure

If your organization uses Fuze Rooms, you can now easily launch a meeting in any room that isn't presently in use.

If you want to launch an upcoming meeting in a room, simply follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the More options menu in your Meetings list.
2. Tap Launch in Room to access a list of rooms from which to launch a meeting.
3. Tap the drop-down menu to view a list of available rooms.
4. Select a room.
5. Tap Select.
6. Tap Launch.
   

If you're already in a meeting, you can also open the Meetings menu. Then, tap Launch in Room to select a room from which to launch a meeting.
