What is Fuze for Edge Click-to-Call?

Answer

Click-to-Call enables you make calls by clicking any phone number next to which the Fuze logo appears.

When you click a number, your preferred device rings first. When you pick up your preferred device, a call to the number you clicked is then initiated via your preferred device.

You can configure your preferred device in Fuze Desktop. See the Settings article for details about how to configure your preferred device.
