What does the Idle screen show in Fuze Connect?

Answer

The idle screen shows that Fuze Connect is ready. When you make or receive a call, Fuze Connect automatically updates and displays key details about that caller.

You can also click any record in the Call History to make a call to the listed phone number.

Calls made in this way will ring on your Preferred Click-to-Call Device, as configured in the Fuze Customer Portal.
