Activating Video During a Call

Activating video during a call with Fuze.

Procedure

If you are on a call with another Fuze user in your organization, you can turn on video or share your screen at any time during the call. Using video allows you to enrich your calls without needing to switch to a meeting.

  1. During a call, click Video in the call controls.

    Your video is displayed on the other caller's screen, and the Video icon changes to indicate that you are sharing video with the other caller.

    A preview of the video that you are sharing is displayed in the top-right corner of your screen.

  2. To stop sharing your video, click Video.

If video features are not available, contact your IT administrator for assistance.
