Your system must meet or exceed the following requirements to successfully install and use Fuze Desktop.
If you are using Fuze Desktop, you can run Fuze Checkup before joining a meeting or call to check your account, audio, and network quality directly in the application.

Fuze Desktop Network Requirements
Additionally, the following are the minimum bandwidth recommendations and requirements for meetings in Fuze Desktop.
Meetings Feature | Requirements |

Video |
200-300 KBPS per-participant for meetings with video. Fuze does support a low resolution mode for video, which keeps each video stream at ~200kbps and screenshare at 300kbps. |
Screen Share |
100 KBPS when someone is sharing their screen. When sharing your screen, video drops to a lower profile which has a max of ~100kbps per-stream. For relatively static content, video can drop below 10kbps and screenshare can drop below 30kbps. |
Audio |
~30kbps (or ~10kbps when muted). This means that a 4-5 participant meeting is possible at 1 mbps up/down. |
