Resolution
Connect your device to your computer with the manufacturer and hardware-specific USB dongle that came with your device. Avoid using your computer's native bluetooth features to connect.
Alternately, you can select different devices with the Microphone and Speakers drop-down menus in the Audio/Video section of the Settings screen (Profile menu > Settings > Audio/Video).
To ensure your audio settings are configured properly, you can test your Fuze setup. For additional information, refer to Fuze Checkup.
Cause
The Bluetooth audio device you are using must be connected with the manufacturer and hardware-specific USB dongle that came with your device.
When using a Bluetooth headset, ensure your device is fully charged in order to avoid any call or meeting disruptions.
