When clicking on Reset password option there is no response in the Voicemail settings page.
Attempting to reset voicemail password in Configuration Manager Users page.
In order to reset a users voicemail password, you must be an administrator. Otherwise, there will be no response when clicking on the Reset password option.
Only administrators have the ability to reset voicemail passwords.
If you are the administrator and still receive no response when clicking reset password you may want to check your browsers cache and cookie settings. If you are still unable to reset password please contact support.
