How to transfer between Auto Attendant with different languages

Objective

To transfer between Auto Attendants with different languages.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager
  • Auto Attendant

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Auto Attendants from Home page.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon).

  4. Select proper routing rule as outlined in the script of Auto Attendant or greeting.
  5. Select Add key.

  6. Select your Key and then the destination as the User, service or external number
  7. In Target, enter either:
    • Extension number of Auto Attendant
    • Assigned phone number of Auto Attendant

  8. Select Save.
