How to transfer between Auto Attendant with different languages.
Virtual Office Configuration Manager
- Log in to Configuration Manager.
- Select Auto Attendants from Home page.
- Click on three dots of selected Auto Attendant and Edit.
- Select proper routing rule as outlined in the script of Auto Attendant or greeting.
- Select Add key.
- Select destination as the external number and enter either:
- Extension number of Auto Attendant
- Assigned phone number of Auto Attendant
- Select Save.
