How to enable agent schedule sync permissions for Genesys Workforce Management

Objective

To grant an agent's role permission to sync active Genesys Workforce Management (WFM) schedules with external calendars.

Applies To

• Genesys Cloud

Procedure

1. Log into Genesys.
2. Click Admin.
3. Click People, nested under "People & Permissions".
4. Click Roles/Permissions. 
5. Click the role to grant permission to.
6. Click the Permissions tab.
7. Enable Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Sync.
8. Click Save.
