Adding an Agent to Your Agent Watch List

Objective

Adding an agent to your watch list tab in Fuze Supervisor Console.

Procedure

As a supervisor, you can monitor a subset of your agents by adding them to your watch list. When you first navigate to the Watch List tab, you will be presented with information on adding agents.

Follow the steps below to add an agent:

1. Click Add Agents.
   
2. A search window will appear with a list of agents. Click + Add for the agent(s) you would like to add to your watch list.
   
3. After making your selection, the + Add button will be updated to Added.
4. Click X to close the window.
5. All added agents will appear in your watch list.
   

Once an agent has added to your watch list, you will be able to view agent-related information as displayed in the Agents tab.
