Placing a Call

Calling from the Search Screen

1. Click in the Search field in the Fuze toolbar.The Search screen is displayed.
2. Type the contact's name, phone number, or extension of the contact want to call.
3. Point your cursor to the correct contact row in the search results, and click Call to place a call to that contact.
   

Calling from a Chat Conversation

When you're currently in a chat conversation with a contact, click the Call button at the top of your conversation.

If you have multiple numbers stored for the contact, you can select the number to call from the drop-down list that is displayed after you click the Call button.

Calling from the Recent or Favorites List

In your Recent or Favorites contacts list, navigate to the conversation with the contact that you want to call.

1. Point your mouse to the name or number in the list.
2. Click the ellipsis button to open the Setting menu.
3. Click Call.

If you have multiple numbers stored for the contact, you can select the number to call from the drop-down list that is displayed after you click the Call button.

Calling from the Contact Profile

If you are viewing a contact's profile and you want to call them, click the number that you want to call in the Call section of their profile.

Calling from Call Menu Using the Dial Pad

1. Click Call on the Fuze toolbar. The Call menu is displayed.
   
2. Using the dial pad, enter the phone number.
3. Click Call.
