Can't Leave Comments on Cases in 8x8 Support Portal

Symptom

When trying to leave a comment on cases created from the web platform, you receive an error that reads, "FeedItemTrigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: System.EmailException: SendEmail failed. First exception on row 0; first error: EMAIL_ADDRESS_BOUNCED, The target object email address is currently marked as bounced.: [targetObjectId, 0035000001zh3rPAAQ] Class.FeedItemClass.newPostWithAttachment: line 94, column 1 Trigger.FeedItemTrigger: line 34, column 1."
