How to log a ticket through the 8x8 Support portal
- For any 8x8 product ticket raised through 8x8 Support Portal
- Log into your application panel via SSO using URL https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login
- Go to My 8x8
- Click on the drop down for CASES
- Click on NEW CASE
- Fill in all the boxes with as much information as you can and attach any files to help us see to support.
- Click Create Online Case
- You should be provided with a case reference in an email
If you dont have My 8x8 in the Application Panel,
- please click on Support
- Select your nearest location
- Then click Get Support in the top right hand corner of the screen
The remaining steps will be the same as above.
