Objective

How to log a ticket through the 8x8 Support portal

Applies To

  • For any 8x8 product ticket raised through 8x8 Support Portal

Procedure

  1. Log into your application panel via SSO using URL https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login

  2. Go to My 8x8

  3. Click on the drop down for CASES

  4. Click on NEW CASE

  5. Fill in all the boxes with as much information as you can and attach any files to help us see to support.

  6. Click Create Online Case

  7. You should be provided with a case reference in an email

 

If you dont have My 8x8 in the Application Panel,

  1. please click on Support

  2. Select your nearest location

  3. Then click Get Support in the top right hand corner of the screen

The remaining steps will be the same as above.
