Fuze softphones use voice over internet protocol (VoIP) technology to provide both traditional and enhanced voice calling features that enable you to make calls directly from your computer using Fuze Desktop, Fuze Web, or a connected desk phone or headset.

Fuze softphone technology provides the following features:

• Flow seamlessly from chat conversations to calls and meetings at any time
• Participate in call queues
• Place calls
• Receive calls
• Transfer calls
• Merge calls
• Access voicemail messages
• Access video features such as screen sharing during calls
